YKWiki Assist uses Artificial Intelligence (Cloudflare Workers AI) to generate draft medical appeal letters. By using this service, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • NOT Legal Advice: The appeal letters generated are templates. They do not constitute legal advice. Insurance policies and laws are complex. We strongly recommend you consult with a legal professional or a medical billing specialist before submitting any appeal.
  • User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy, completeness, and appropriateness of any generated content before use. YKWiki Assist is not liable for any consequences arising from the use of these templates.
  • AI Limitations: AI can produce inaccuracies or incomplete information. Exercise your professional judgment.

3. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service:

  • To generate content that is unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, or misleading.
  • To impersonate any medical professional, entity, or individual.
  • To attempt to bypass security measures or rate limits.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service, its original content (excluding user inputs), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of YKWiki Assist. The draft letters generated for you are for your personal, non-commercial use.
